Calculated shipping rates - free solution?

Hello,

 

So i'm trying to set up my shipping rates. I just realized that ship easy doesn't do that. I need a free way to calculate shipping cost. Basically i currently run an etsy store and i sell t-shirts, decals, vehicle graphics, corn hole wraps, etc etc. I may sell a 6" decal that ships for 2.50, but if someone orders a t-shirt it may be 3.50 or if it's 2 t-shirts its typically has a ship weight of greater than one pound so it has to ship priority. Corn hole wraps have to go in a usps tube and weighs about 2 pounds. So a lot of items ship for different prices. I need my shipping to be competitive to my etsy while i attempt to pull customers away from purchasing on etsy.

 

As this is a new business venture i need to cut costs until i'm sure this turns out profitable. I have no problem paying for a module... if i'm making money.

 

I am not a developer, i have absolutely no knowledge of mysql, or php. 

 

As the holiday rush comes closer and closer i need to get this done asap. Any, and all help, is greatly appreciated.
