Java not deferred

Hi,

 

I have some problems with deferring javascript. On the product page is deferring some scripts, on home and category nothing. The biggest file (the CCC java) is not deferred at all.

 

Anyone an idea??

Prestashop does not 'yet' support  defer or async JavaScript.  While JavaPro does  in advanced settings it would  take a labor of love and loads of testing each pages JavaScript to see if async/defer could be specified.  About the best you can do for now is  to ensure you .js CCC file is gziped, search how to do this .

 

Note: I do not know of any other off the shelf cms that supports JavaScript bottom like PrestaShop.  Killed my JavaPro module sales but having a dev group moving in right directions makes one warm and fuzzy for future features.

I have 2 different shops running in Prestashop 1.6.0.9. One of the two has deferring of javascript working. That's why it's so strange to me. File was saved by compressing this page with GZIP by 71.2%
