change the first name and last name order, address1 and address2 order in step 3 of checkout page?

I am using ps 1.5.6.2 and I want to change the display order of the first name and last name,address1 and address2 in step 3 of checkout page[attachment for details]

which page do I need to edit ? Thanks

Go to Localization  > Countries and click the edit button of the country you want. Rearrange the order of the address fields the way you like.
