Familiar with Post Affiliate Pro Add in API? Where to place a small script?

I use Post affiliate pro on my opencart system, I am switching to prestashop. Post affiliate pro has a custom API plug in that allows for a script to be placed to show the affiliate name on the site.

"affiliate name on external page" plug n. 

Here is my issue - it was very easy with opencart to locate where to place the script.. (the header) however I am running into trouble trying to figure out where I can place the code in prestashop.

 

I placed in the header file - but it doesnt work. 

Its a simple script:

But even PAP support cant advise me where to put it (which is sad really)

 

Anyone have ANY clue on where to point me to place this code?

I am using the default bootstrap theme.

 

(I need it to be placed right under the Logo at the top OR above the search box at the top of the bootstrap theme
