casey259 Posted November 4, 2015 Share Posted November 4, 2015 When a guest is adding an item to the cart and goes to the cart screen there is no shipping cost block that comes up. When they create an account it will show free shipping. I want it to say free shipping when the guest goes to the cart screen as I offer free shipping and this is causing some cart abandonment. I did go to your site and check it out, with your prominent clearly written notice about the free shipping I would think most people wouldn't have concerns, but maybe I am not getting the full picture.
