Kalimba Shop
Hi, Since yesterday when I click on 'orders' it gives me blank page with text Server Error 500. Details: The website encountered an error while retrieving (URL). It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly. Now I cannot access my orders page... I didn't have this error before on any of the pages. All the other pages under orders (invoices etc.) are working fine. Anybody got a suggestion what is the problem here? Thank you. Kalimba Shop
Thank you for your reply. How do I do the mode_debug?
Kalimba Shop
Oke so the server error 500 was caused by a module to be exact the adminorderscontroller.php file in the override. Next time anybody gets this error think if you installed any modules that might cause this. It didn't allow me to uninstall/delete the module from the back end kept on giving fatal error so finally I deleted all the files (module folder and adminorderscontroller.php in override admin folder) manually from the file manager and now the server error 500 is gone! Cheers!
sibrodo
Hello, I get similar error, can you tell me what did you do to come up with that conclusion ?
Kalimba Shop
hi sibrodo I am not sure it will be the same case with you but with me the error 500 was caused by a module that I installed which installed some files on my file manager that overrided certain prestashop files. I came to that solution because it was the last thing that I did on the website and before the module installation I didn't have any 500 error issues. When I tried to deinstall the module it didn't allow me to so i simply deleted the files in the file manager. Maybe not the prettiest solution but it worked...
