Menus not responsive/fluid

Prestashop 1.6.0.8 +

 

Why is the menu in default theme and various other themes NOT responsive. This is really annoying when testing.See screenshot for details.

 

Are there any module menus out there which resolve this?

Did you do an upgrade of prestashop and the default template from prestashop ?

When you check on mobile is it responsive ? Else you can use @media_queries for adaptation.

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

The screenshot is from the default template, but I've noticed on a couple of themes it is the same.

 

The screenshot is the same for the following resolutions:

 

- 768 * 1024

- 800 * 1280

- 980 * 1280

 

I'm using Firefox web developer responsive design view to see this.

 

On mobile it is responsive, but we've noticed this on small 15 inch monitors in our office. I would expect the menu to still be responsive on these, but it's not.
