Madrilene
hiPHPmy admin told me the thing was done successfully, no error message, so i suppose it's true.I have one employee registered in the table employee, i can see the mail, it is the one i first tip because it's the usual for me, and when i type this, the message is : this employee does not exist !! Strange, isn't it?
TheTyke
I had a similar problem the other day.Can you see the encrypted password?
TheTyke
If you can see the user that you use to login why not use the lost Password function?
jtyana
Next time, don't export/import the ps_employee table and you won't get this login password encrypted problemDo as Tyke has posted, use the lost password feature. It's as simple as that.
Madrilene
Hi boththe trouble is that when i try to ask my lost password, i enter the same e-mail than in the employee table, and then it tells me that the e-mail is wrong or that the employee related to this e-mail doesn't exist, so i round and can't connect myself... that's the point...How can i select in may zipped saved DB the tables to be imported ?For importation, I selected the mode "none" in phpmyadmin's interface is it right ?Thank you for helping

MaryRenee
I have been through the wringer this week with my own host and website....and I also after many many problems cannot log in to my back office now.At this point, I have re-installed Prestashop software, then restored my newly created database with the last saved (original database).I was able to log in to the back office 1 minute before importing the original database. Now, I cannot log in.I have always had a problem with the mail not working...seeing that I can't get into the back office I cannot change any of the mail settings. I can't get a password sent to me because no mail comes from prestashop to my server email.Does anyone know any tricks to getting around this error "Employee does not exist or bad password"?Thanks for any advice you may have!MaryRenee
