CMS category being also a CMS page

Hi, 

 

maybe I am just blind or... I can not find a way to create something like a CMS category which is also a CMS page. I dont like the category linked to just a list of its subpages.

 

While adding a CMS category to top horizontal menu its subpages appear in dropdown but when I click the category itself it links to a page which lists its subpages/subcategories.

 

I would like to either:

 

1) disable the link to the category and the page with the subpages list

 

or

 

2) (and the better option) instead of linking to the subpage list make the category link to a custom CMS page

 

The top menu dropdown should be like this:

 

- About us (basic company info cms)

-- History (company history cms)

-- ...

WOW! No solution.

I can't even get the sub-cat list, when someone click on my CMS Category "CUSTOM" on my menu, it opens a page that says "This page does not exist.".

Makes my site look broken
