This incident is a global OVH outage, and it has for root cause a major network issue. It started around 6pm CET this afternoon and OVH is still not able to estimate the ETA regarding the fix. As you can read in the below RFO, the main fiber connecting the Beauharnois datacenter – where Prestashop is present – has been physically damaged : http://travaux.ovh.net/?do=details&id=15238&PHPSESSID=a6c8ccaa1d17e610f4320d9653866bba OVH had already planned a dual secured optical fiber supply but unfortunately, it was not ready when this issue has been raised.
