Problems opening new theme

Hello

 

I have recently purchased a new theme and have uploaded the zip file and when I hit save I get an error:

INSERT INTO `ps_hook_module` (`id_module`, `id_shop`, `id_hook`, `position`)									VALUES (88, 1, 0, 1)

and: Fatal error: Cannot use object of type Smarty_Custom_Template as array in /home1/squeaks1/public_html/shop/cache/smarty/compile/93/16/cd/9316cd7f41f46b195de97833bda289e329828bc2.file.hook.tpl.php on line 37

 

I am using version 1.6.1.1

and the them is OMG Store

 

any help would be appreciated
