Translation of a text on the checkout page

On the bottom of the checkout page, there's a text message that is displayed, if you don't meat the minimum order value. See this picture:

 

 

Now I want to change that text. Where can I find the file on the server or which module does it belong to? I searched many modules but coudn't find the shown strings.
