two shops on the same cloud account?

So what I'm interested in is not a multistore.  I don't want to have linked shops but two completely separate shops with completely different names and products and separate data bases but I'd like to be able to use a purchased module in both shops   Is this possible?  or if I hosted my second shop on my own hosting would I still be able to use a purchased module in both? or would I have to purchase the module for each separate setup?

No, modules are licensed per store, so you would need to buy duplicates of every module.
