New order / Order Confirmation Email STOPPED sending

Hey all,

 

I've done a fair bit of searching, however I'm stumped having unsuccessfully tried some other suggestions. 

 

Order email confirmations used to successfully send - Proof http://i.imgur.com/EHm4yMB.png

 

However, as of the 13th of October, these are no longer generated and do not appear under Advanced > Email. 

 

I have: 

1. Checked that both templates still exist under Translations

2. Checked that Mail Alerts is hooked correctly - http://i.imgur.com/z4l2Bul.png 

3. Sent a test email successfully using both php() and SMTP settings on Advanced > Email. 

4. Checked the logs to see any changes around the 13th, however there were only Product modifications

 

It looks as if the Mail Alerts module is not correctly generating emails for sending? I am using v3.6.0.

 

Can anyone shed any light onto what might be the issue?
