Our Stores - Need to "tweek and edit" ?

I have tried to edit the Our stores locator to suit my needs but I havent been very successful. 

 

What I am trying to accomplish:

a Representative locator versus a store locator. 

 

I have tried both the simplified and map version and I cant seem to edit as needed.

For the simplified.. I do not want a store logo at all. I would like that entire column to go away. I have tried editing the picture, changing the picture etc.. not working.  

For the map version, I dont need the store hours to appear at all.. havent figured out how to remove that entire feature.

 

Basically what I need is a page where a customer can do to and search for a representative. 

 

It should show simply: (plus a spot to do a search)

 

COUNTRY  NAME   WEBSITE   CITY   STATE  

 

I was hoping the "Our stores" would work for that.. but how to I get rid of the logo / image column all together in the simplified version? as well as make it narrower since I have 600+ reps.

 

 

OR

Is there an easier way to accomplish this?  Ive tried doing a CMS page, however Its not letting me do any javascript on the page.. tells me content invalid. 

 

At a loss on how to fix/edit -accomplish this. Not to techy here so needing a bit of help in the right direction.
