Google Analytics problem

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

I have a serious problem with my analytics data on my site sex-kino.dk.

I have been trying to figure out, what is wrong but i cannot find the source.

The problem is, that google analytics tells me, that i have a conversion rate of + 1000. It is from different sources, both organic and refferal traffic. I really dont know what is happening, i have tried to disable my OPC module, manually insert the tracking code, and much more. Nothing happens.

I really hope someone can help my out with this problem.

I can show you, look at attached image.

Google analytics counts conversions that are not existing, i have been trouble shooting, and found, that often it is because of duplicate analytics code on the page, but i have only one analytics tracking code.

Google does this everyday, sometimes it is 33 conversions, sometimes it is a lot more, like today.

Hey,

I have exactly the same problem than you. The number of sessions seemes to be right but it,s as if it is creating transactions from thin air. I wish I was selling as much as analytics is telling me but I am nowhere near that number. Did you find out what the problem was? Can anybody else help?

Thanks

I experience the same error, ecommerce values are totally wrong. The sources of the sales are Paymentoptions.

It shows a +100% conversion.post-1082751-0-15944200-1448976170_thumb.png

Please help, since I hooked up addwords and my software makes wrong decisions based on these values

I run prestashop 1.6.0.14 with google analytics plugin 2.3.3 (latest)
