ronelgon
Hello, Is prestashop team SILENTLY KILLING Multistore option in prestashop 1.6.1.1x? because in the prestashop1.6.0.14 and below, you could easily enable the option to display a drop down of all shops and could easily switch among when you want to make some editing to a particular shop as seen in the screen below; BUT In PRESTASHOP 1.6.1.1, This option is No where to be seen. If am wrong about this, please correct me with the exact steps to enable this option Another issue is that in prestashop 1.6.0.14, you could easily select a group where you want to have a specific shop created to be for example; you could have GROUP A AND Group B and when you create a new shop, you could easily select to have that new shop to either be created under Group A or B. But now, all shops you create, reside under the default group as there are no option to select a groups in prestashop1.6.1.1. as it was in prestashop 1.6.0.14 as seen in screenshot below So, is prestashop KILLING MULTISTORE OPTIONS SILENTLY OR ITS ME NOT KNOWING HOW TO ENABLE THOSE FEATURES? KINDLY HELP US AND ENABLE THOSE FEATURES AGAIN Thank you Ronnie Edited October 29, 2015 by ronelgon (see edit history)

Guest
If you upgraded to 1.6.1.1 it's screwed, I had this before, too. The PS admin is quite shitty, try to do it in the database directly and see if that helps.
ronelgon
Hello, Thanks for your reply. Kindly let me know how to configure it in the database directly. But also, i made another test site of prestashop1.6.1.1 on a different domain just to see if it would be activated after enabling multistore. But the Allshop dropdown still failed to show up. Then i made another test site of prestashop1.6.0.14 and enabled multistore option and the Allshops drop down showed up or displayed. Kindly help on how to over come it Thank you Ronnie
Guest
So in the database: ps_shop_group for groups: needs to have 2 rows if you have a custom group ps_shop contains all sub shop naming, id category, theme: 1 row for each shop ps_shop_url contains the configuration for each shop: 1 row for each shop If these are correct then there's something else going on. Note that the dropdown will only show up when the sub shops have effectively been created and are active.
