Pricing problem

hi,

 

i've one problem, i've one customer group for important customers, with 10% in all website.

 

if one item have a price of 100$, for this users price is 90$.

 

its ok, problem cames if i've a product with a discount of 12%, for this users discount is 12%+10%, but i need that discount be the bigger one (12%) not one plus other.

 

how can i do this?

 

i've 'solved', modifiying discount, and asociating discount of 10% for one customers, and 2% for other ones. But its very heavy for each item.

 

there are any other way to configure discounts policy?

If Im reading this correctly you could set up specific prices for customers and groups, from products prices tab.

hi, yes, i can modify each product, indicating different discounts according each user group, but this is a heavy work, for it i asked if there are any posibility to define a rules for discounts, in order to:

 

if group discount is different than item discount use: bigger one, both, lower one, ....
