Status command not updated (but works with demo certificate MERCANET)

Hi,

 

I've installed and configured the module with the option FORCE RETURN TO BANK activated, for the google analytics treatment.

 

It works good with the demo certificate of Mercanet 082584341411111, i can pass an order and then it redirects me to the shop and the status of the commande si updated as "Payment OK".

But when I pass the the module in Production mode, the status of the commande is not updated after the order but the payment is ok in the bank paiements logs.

I have asked Mercanet about this issue, but they don't know where is the problem. They suggest me to verify the IP adresses which are accepted but I don't have any IP restriction on my website.

 

This is a problem because the order is not updated and the client has to check in the bank logs if it has passed or not. And the google analytics is not updated because of that.

 

Have you an idea where is the problem ?
