Need a module for flower delivery site

I need prestashop module for a florist website which will do the following; On products page user will be able to select; the delivery city and delivery area(those can be hard coded to files, doesn't have to be modifiable trough admin panel ), price will be added to total depending on city. delivery date, and hours. option for picking exact time, (additional fee to cart). example can be seen at https://www.ciceksepeti.com/buyuk-ask-9-kirmizi-gul-at1645

User will order the product and make the payment with these information.

Also selected delivery date / time should be visible on admin area on order page. 

Of course if user deletes the product from cart without ordering it, the date save will be deleted from cart.

Please let me know if you can do it and the cost of it.

I just went live with a client site that's a flower shop - check here at http://www.appassionata.ie. We used Ecommy's Delivery Date with Hours module https://www.ecommy.com/product/date-picker-with-hours-for-prestashop. It does the date/hour picking you request above apart from the additional fee for specific delivery time. Not sure if you can ask the developer to make a customisation for you? But it's certainly the closest thing to what you need. 

 

For the delivery costs based on city, you'll need to set up Zones accordingly in the Back Office and assign these to your shipping costs per carrier.
