Help displaying prices and the ”add to cart” button, we have exited catalogue mode

We have under some time run prestashop in catalogue mode together with the ”ask for a quote” module. Now we would like to open up the shop and show prices for some of our product segments. We have exited the cataloge mode but neither prices and the ”add to cart” button is showing. The only thing now showing is the cart and “pay pal check out”.

We have tested to deactivate the ”ask for a quote” module to see if it prevents us from showing prices and the ”add to cart” button is showing, but that was not the case.

Anybody who knows how to display prices and the ”add to cart” button?

can you tell us please which product (so we don't have to look at every product) where you request for quote would not be active and it should have a product price/add to cart

also I would contact the request a quote dev that you are having issues, because this is 'not' a native ps problem.

We have tried to deactivate the "ask for a quote" module but the price and "add to cart" button is still not displayed.

when deactivated, do you see any signs of 'ask for quote'?  If the module uses overrides, and does not check in override that is is 'disabled', then the override will fire.

is it safe to 'uninstall'?  if so this would remove any overrides...

also you can disable overrides in back office-->performance tab...

In the module "ask for a quote" we can choose which categories the module should be active in. If I choose not to activate it some catagories the "ask for a quote" button is no longer visible, but the price and "add to cart" button is still not displayed.

We wouldn't want to unistall the "ask for a quote" module since we still want to use it for some products.

Also the ovverrides in back office is disabled.
