slow category page

Hello,

I have a little problem with speed of loading all of category pages.

There is speed test:

In first yellow part is waiting, but why?

 

I Use case for JS, for CSS, I Use cache optimalization modul, I don´t know why is it so slow.

Any reason?

Around 4-5 secs, I think is a normal speed in a category page, there are many images to load, if you need a better speed, you would think in change to a VPS server with Memcached with MaxCDN, etc.

Yes we are going to make it on VPS.

Do you thing there is any way to speed up loading images, for example media server and can we do it on VPS or it is need to be separately?

There are many ways today for media servers, some free, some payment.
