Cant login to admin

Hello boys and girls, having a bit of a time trying to get into admin panel, was fine last night and today just aint working.

All it does is just show the store name infront of the fields when I submit.

obviously I took out my domain and admin link... I dunno if i need to provide that or what. Any help would be much appreciated.
