Sayman Posted October 25, 2015 Share Posted October 25, 2015 (edited) Hello, I was trying to set up "Imap" I typed all the necessary fields, but as I kept changing and attempt to get back in "customer service" page gives 404 not found page. The same thing happens when I try to see all messages. Can anyone help how can I correct settings manually and which files keep the settings for "IMAP" to try correct them manually. When I click at a customer service link from admin panel it get long time and in end open page not found 404 ERROR. If have any chance to reset entered data in IMAP, or something. I struggled 4 days to configure Zoho email SMTP on PrestaShop. Once it was done, I went ahead and configured IMAP for customer service. Guest Posted March 4, 2016 Share Posted March 4, 2016 (edited) Confirming this issue, please empty these values from database: table = ps_configuration PS_SAV_IMAP_URL PS_SAV_IMAP_PORT PS_SAV_IMAP_USER PS_SAV_IMAP_PWD PS v = 1.6.1.4 I've noticed secure imap doesn't work, even though it's set up correctly. No time to further debug atm. possible solution: when the imap settings are wrong they should be erased in stead of remembered.
