where can I ask about Pop promo module (pop up) ?

Hello, I did not find any category in english forum, where can I ask something about this module: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/advertising-marketing-newsletter-modules/19431-pop-promo.html

At Spanish language, they have "general discusion" but not in english. 

I have only 1 problem with this module. It does not pop up, which is big problem for pop up module. I configured everything in coordination with manual, but still does not pop up. What can I do? 

First time I was shopping at official store, paid 2 times more than in other markets and there is no support page :-(

Did you clicked on " Contact out team" there are two links on page ?

Guess you did but still waiting for replay, hopefully it will be when week starts.
