crawack
I have a "little" problem after upgrading to Prestashop 1.6.1.1 I can't access the catalog, when I try I get the "Internal HTTP 500 error" The only way I can edit products is through Orders, but when I hit "Save" i am getting the error page again. When I hit "Save and Stay" the product is changed. We tried with a fresh install, but the problem keeps comming. I guess it must be in the database, but I have no idea where to look. If I go through Storemanager from eMagic there is no problem at all...
El Patron
Please enable PrestaShop debug mode. Then once you recreate the underlying php error should be displayed. This may help you find solution. https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/
crawack
Hello El Patron, thanks for Your reply. I have tried several things. 1. Turn on debugging, gave an error in some missing memcache. I turned cache off. 2. Then the shop gave an Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tired to allocate 8192 bytes) in /var/www/........../classes/cache/CacheFs.php on line 69 3. I have changed the memory_limit in php.ini to 512M. Cleared cache in the shop and tried to get access to "Catalog/products". Same error "this page can not be shown....." No other error message. El Patron
so you receive blank page without any error? Make sure to check your domains php error log from your hosting control panel. Security errors will not display regardless of error settings.
crawack
Looking at the Resource log gives two errors. See attached picture. These are the only alerts in the log. I still don´t get why I can get to my products and change them with Store manager from eMagicone, when I can't access them from Prestashop back office. The one line in the Access log is also attached as picture. Edited October 24, 2015 by crawack (see edit history)
