HaCos
Hello, When i first created this my store i didnt read all the options so i created a group back them that doesnt share order withing stores of the group. Now i need to create a new store next to the existing one that will share orders, customers etc (i need the customer to be able to use the a shared cart within all shops in this group). My questions is, can it happen now, that i have already been using my current store for a while? I am currently working on PS 1.6.0.9 but i even thing of creating a new ps install, migrate existing data in a multistore group where orders are shared. Is there an easier way? tuk66
You can start to share orders (and customers as well) in a shop group anytime. If you are not sure what will happen after that, install a local copy of your shop and try it there first.

In my settings this options i locked. Looks like this http://postimg.org/image/6i07dhncf/
tuk66
You are right. It is in your screen shot. You can switch in fresh shop only.
HaCos
You are right. It is in your screen shot. You can switch in fresh shop only. Not happy to be right :/ . So the question remains, any way to switch sharing options on multistore for already lauched store? As an alternative, created a new ps installation, migrating data from currest setup to new one & setting up the new store with sharing options enabled. Will such an options cause any trouble on migration? Regards, C
HaCos
I copy & paste here the following solution for "hacking" the sharing options within stores when you have already one store with orders, customers etc.. Maybe someone is looking for same things i did. shopiemonte, on 09 Sept 2015 - 11:29 PM, said: I solved my problem with Javiot suggestion! 1) write down your existing shop id2) set id_shop to null in the ps_customer and ps_orders tables 3) now you can change your shop-group setting to share customers and orders 4) set the old shop_id value for the ps_customer and ps_orders table
