My Store has suddently disappear...

I use the cloud solution and I'm in a great disappointment. My store and back office have suddenly stopped their existence, as if I have never designed anything and just created my prestashop account. Now, Prestashop ask me "again" to start my online store.

 

So, is there a way to get back my store or should I recreate it?

What I see is that you last connected to your shop in june. Is that correct or you connected recently ?

I have the exact problem. Several days ago prestashop website was inaccessible, now that it's back my store doesn't appear in my account anymore, how do I get it back?

And you were still connecting to your shop days before deletion ?

Thanks for your interest. My last succeed connection was more or less two weeks ago, I have tried to install a new theme without success. And since this week it's impossible to have any access.

Ok there is a problem from our side, i've asked the support team, they will restore your shops very soon.

My problem isn't solve... What's happening?

We've sent the request to OVH, our host, to restore several shops, including yours. We are really (and I insist on that point) sorry for that problem and we try to fix it as fast as we can.

I haven't connected to admin since July / August.
