naturanimal Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 Hello three days since I have a problem on my shop, the prices of products as well as the button to add to cart disappeared. After some checking, I am not in catalog mode, the cart is still there, only the button and prices disappeared. I do not support the stock. The shop is online for 1 year with no problem and that problem came without touching anything. What I found after some research, when I change the encryption algorithm that returns to normal as soon as we try to place an order, the fault reappears and an error message appears "The shop not accepts more new order. "All products are authorized for sale and assets yet. The problem is rather urgent since for three days no order can be placed. In doubt I updated the store to the latest version 1.6.1.1, but no change. I also empty the cache still in doubt ...I use the default bootstrap theme. Usually. number one reason for the price and button card to disappear is, when a product is out of stock. In fact, I found that the algorithm has nothing to do.The problem appears when you are connected with a customer account only.The algorithm disconnects the client account's why I confused. innovacy Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 Since the issue appears with customers logged in only, I would next check how customer groups are set up and how they are assigned to the products and price showing.
