Remove "- TrialMix" from tittle

Hi, in my template appears "- Trialmix" at the last of all tittles on my web (http://radikalfun.es/tienda). I look header.tpl and in tittle appears:

<title>{$meta_title|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}</title>

How can I remove or replace from "- RadiKalFun"??

You will need to remove all the dashes and PS_SHOP_NAME parts of the getMetaTags and getHomeMetaTags functions of classes/Tools.php.
