Product Comments v2.9.1 doesn't work and no error message

Hi, 

 

I'm using PrestaShop 1.5.6.3 with the Product Comments v2.9.1 module (this was the latest upgrade available). After filling in the star ratings, title and comment, pressing the 'send' button doesn't do anything. It just sits there.

 

I had issues with the login and adding items to the cart, but the error was clear and suggested adding in extra fields to the database (i.e id_lang) which solved the problem.

 

Not being able to see any error messages and not being able to find a similar issue in the forum is making it tough to troubleshoot.

 

Has anyone encountered something similar?

did you enable chrome debug (right click anywhere on page an click inspect element, then click console, then re-test)

I have also probs with the procuct comments module, V 2.9.1

I'm running PS v 1.5.4.1

Even the Yotpo don't work. (reviews)

 

I have instal even another module form Gitub, but even the same problem:

The follow message comes up in the front, when you tap the Review:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ProductController::getProduct() in /home/admin/domains/erotiekfabriek.be/public_html/modules/productcomments/productcomments.php on line 746
