I see the Forum has been working for a while and Prestashops main page but I still can't get in. This is what i'm getting for my back office and the same thing for my front https://gyazo.com/14c37b3a5f35103b4c4c4a523c43a04a I checked with my host because my shop is on my subdomain but my main domain is working just fine. Is there something I can or need to do to get my shop working again? If it helps i'm not using the cloud one i'm using the download one that I downlaoded from the cpannel. But has been working just fine until last night. It started to slow down and then this morning I couldn't get in at all. Please I already had to go through sevral weeks straight down on another host. I don't knwo very much but creating a subdomain I know. and I had the PS on the subdomain since over a year on my old host and had no issues all that time until the host company started having issues. Also it was working fine before. I just started setting it up agian. I dont' see how I did wrong. I installed it on Oct the 14th from the cpannel softulious. There were no issues until last night. It was going a little slow but i figure that was just because i was watching tv show on the computer and working at the same time. Then really really early this morning forget what time I couldnt' get in nor into the forum. The only thing i did was enable Freindly URLs and I asked My host 1st if this was ok and then I enabled the advanced stock manegement. I was in the process of creating the products. This is crazy. few weeks. ok. this i'm i'm goign to download a back up right away? Now If i'm going to have a back up down loaded on my computer. Can someone direct me to directions on how to get get back on there if something goes wrong. I never had issues and never had to use one. So i don't knwo how to do this.
