Problem with upgrade from 1.5.5.0

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I hope that someone can help me with my problems with upgrade from 1.5.5.0

When I start the 1-click upgrade this error message comes up,

Analyzing the situation...Shop deactivated. Now downloading... (this can take a while)

Download complete. Now extracting...

[Ajax / Server Error for action unzip] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Service Unavailable " jqXHR: "

I have some problems with bugs on this version and want to upgrade to 1.5.6.3 as first step,

later to a 1.6.x when I have check my payments moduls that they work with late 1.6.x versions..

Hope that any kind can help me :)

Thanks /Magnus

This did the support write to my about the server..

Francis: Was there any specific error you are receiving ?
you: Download complete. Now extracting... [Ajax / Server Error for action unzip] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Service Unavailable " jqXHR:
you: Maybee there is a problem at prestashop but wanted to hear with you first what i can do with the ftp server if that is the case..
Francis: Please give me a moment while I check into your domain / account
you: Thx :)
Francis: no worries, upon checking - there is no issues that may relate to the ftp server as it is working fine at the moment - one thing that may cause the problem is the execution time set by our servers to 50 secs. What you can do is to reach with prestashop support on what alternatives you can do if the server has only execution time of 50 secs to make the update successfull

What can I do?? Thx
