Rapid Offline Translator Tool

Long time I was looking for a smart tool to translate the shop in bulk, but I couldn't find. I know there are modules to translate, however they are using the back office (some use front - but too slowly) and not suitable for offshore translators. To translate in the back office has an expensive learn curve, is even risky, and takes very long. My object was to develop an offline tool with the following features:

 

1. Web independent

2. Works directly on database

3. Offers manual and automated machine translation

4. Export and import of CSV files for full database to exchange with translator

5. Multi shops – multi lingual – multi user

6. Translates html without losing format

7. Very fast for thousands of content items

8. Asychron – Offline

 

Attached is a screen shot of the prototype. It is a c# .Net application connecting direct the MySQL database.

My questions are:

 

1. Does anybody know such product from other developers?

2. Can you list your requirements for bulk translations?

3. Are you interested in beta testing?

4. How do you deal with the translations of meta text and url rewrites?

5. What are your experiences in bulk translation of big data.

I am interested in your program you are developing. Can I somehow download it? My host does not allow me to modify big translation files and I don't know how to edit translations offline, so your software may help me. Can I download it somewhere?
