PayPal not working, only on mobile

When a customer checks out as a customer on Prestashop using a mobile device PayPal reports the following error:

<b> PayPal response:<b>

TIMESTAMP -> 2015-10-17#t00:03:27Z

L_ERRORCODE0 -> Security error

L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid

L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

This does not happen on PC and if you select desktop mode on mobile then it also works.

I have checked that mobile is enabled on the module (on the drop down) and that Paypal is not in Sandbox mode.

Config:

PrestaShop version 1.6.0.9

PayPal module v3.8.2

For the following settings I have only left in the configuration that is selected.

Choose Website Payments Pro Hosted

Configuration options
Choose the solution you want to use:
 Iframe

Use the PayPal Login functionnality(*see the integration guide and follow the steps)
This function allows to your clients to connect with their PayPal credentials to shorten the check out:
 No

Use a Sandbox
Activate a test environment in your PayPal account (developer only):
 Live mode (recommended)

Payment type
Choose your way of processing payments (automatically vs.manual authorization):
 Direct sales (recommended)

PayPal on mobile has been working on this site and I cannot see any changes which may have caused this. I have tried turning Sandbox mode on and off as well. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi did you ever figure out how to get this to work? I'm having the same issue and this is not cool. I have promotions on all my social sites and people are trying to buy using their mobile phones and the site does not do anything once they hit the paypal button. All my setting are correct on the backend for paypal credentials. This is becoming more time wasting if this is how prestashop works. If I can't find a solution I will just go back to Zencart it may not be visually as appealing but I do not have issues getting paid!
