Language Translation does not work

Hello, recently start developing a new prestashop website. All goes ok but recently noticed that some of my translations are not appearing. For example the website is here : www.stdstrings.com/presta you will see a popup newsletter module. Greek are ok but when you turn the language to english remains the greek words. I checked in admin the translation is ok in the editor the english are there.Also in a module I install the greek turn to ???????  only english are ok.Can any one tell me how to fix it? Thank you very much.

Which version of PrestaShop do you have?

 

 

If you go to Back Office location / configuration so you will set the language from the browser. Check whether it is enabled or disabled to use the browser's language as the default language, and change it if so.

 

Have you emptied the cache and forced compile?

Hello thank yo for your answer , I use 1.6.1.1 I did your suggestion but nothing changed. The strange is that the translsations was working fine I do not know why the stopped.

Jus deactivate the cache and the translations worked thank you very much!!!Found the solution.
