Payment accepted mail don't send

Hello,

 

In order->states->payment accepted i have enabled to send email to the customer but do not send. I searched google to see if I find something and nothing, I can not fix it. Does anyone know because it can be?

 

And if not, you know what the class and method that do this, to debbuging myself.

 

I work with prestashop 1.6.0.11

First of all check if php mail function is working. To do this go to backend > Advanced Parameters > E-mail, and at bottom insert your own email address and click send test email.

 

If this works you should check if your mail is being considered spam by the target email service provider.
