pollywatt Posted October 15, 2015 Share Posted October 15, 2015 Hi Hope someone can help. Today I was trying to sort a delivery issue (mycollectionplaces) on a client account. Added and removed some new addresses from her account, but left the original address. Now when I click on her account I get the attached error message. Does anyone have any thoughts or solutions? pollywatt Posted October 15, 2015 Author Share Posted October 15, 2015 The "new" addresses were only on the account for a couple of minutes so no orders had been placed on them. The addresses were real addresses though - one is mine and one is the company address. So orders have been placed to them but not under that account.
