planetpcsales
Hello, I've seen only one suggestion for solving this problem - to save a backup? We had already 2 orders but from both customers the back office doesn't show any orders. Nobody got any email of order confirmation from our shop (we or the customer). Both orders showing in Google C and PayPal.The version we've got is 1.2.0.8 - 0.065s www.surpasscomputers.comPlease help us as we just started to sell on the net and it's very frustrating when the customers asking us - why the site doesn't show any order. Thanks and waiting for your help.Daisy

planetpcsales
Hi there,After a numerous things we've tried to solve this problem, I've found older threads about the same problem, pointing that actually your host provider is may be in the middle of this! so I've send them a couple of emails quoting them the following:"permissions error: our hosting provider didn’t like the 777 permission recourse down from the modules directory and was blocking access to the validation script. We changed permissions on the /modules/paypal/ directory to 755 and the problem resolved itself."They changed something but I also went and ticked the box in Paypal/Mt Account/Profile/Instant payment notifications because it wasn't ticked. Check very well how you set up everything in your PayPal profile page as well! So now everything is working as our providers changed the permissions and I checked the notifications - we asked our relative to register and make an order through paypal - it works! Hope this will help you! Good luck!Daisy
