Problem with Smarty after upgrading to 1.6.1.1

Hi !!

I just upgraded my store to Prestashop 1.6.1.1 and everything seemed to be working perfectly, but sometimes I get error pages in both front and backend, with this kind of text:

If I refresh the page I get a similar error, and after refreshing a couple more times, it loads perfectly.

 

Please help!! I'm really confused on this and it was working really great before upgrading.

Clear the cache in the: BO > Preferences > Performance

I have tried that already but the problem still occurs.

Disable all the custom modules and overrides in the BO > Advanced Parameters > Performance

 

And see if the problem disappears.

Unfortunately the problem persists... I don't really understand why this happens.
