If you are using a unstable beta version for a final then you are making your first mistake. I have upgraded to 1.2.5 and have no troubles with upgrades just a few minor issues that I was able to fix and modify to make it work for my store. if you use a custom data base for presta shop the upgrade does not know about the new fields you use. open source is just what it means you can add and adjust to your own needs but at your own risk.

I surely know that all at my own risk, but you know I am using the latest version because versions before like 1.2.5 and 1.3.0.2 have got fatal error,I have no choice but to upgrade.

The default field delimiter in Prestashop is a semicolon. It's best to keep this.
Have you exported your spreadsheet with a semi-colon or comma as the delimiter?
If you have used a comma, which is the default for most spreadsheet packages (and is indeed the definition of a csv file) then I think this would cuase the problem you're having.

What fatal error are you talking about? I have used 1.0, -->1.1 -->1.2 and all works great. There are a lot of live shops are using 1.1 and 1.2. I don't think you are making a fair statement When the team members look at this statement, do you think they will be happy to offer their help?

Thank you Jack,Rebuilding the index is a new idea and new operation for me.Thank you for your reminding.

Some questions here:

1.How do you know there is problem with title?

2.Why does this happen? Is the problem due to the database structure as presta said in changelog or my wrongly operation?

3.The problem still exists although I re-builded the index as you said.

I have being waitting for answers for days and I really hope the problem be fixed today with your help.

Million thanks to you and TO anybody who is enthusiastic to help.
