Which is fresh install and the database is old, (I have connected old database with fresh Install). Now I Cannot upload the images to any product when i try to upload images, "JPEG /JPG" format. it says "Error cannot create additional images" I have checked the folder "img" permissions are 0755. minnosh Posted October 15, 2015 Share Posted October 15, 2015 Hi, I wish I had an answer for you as I am experiencing the same error message and cannot add any new images to products. I am on Prestashop 1.6.0.14 and I tried to upgrade to 1.6.1 but couldn't and had to restore to backup. Prior to trying to upgrade I didn't have this problem.
