Need advice on how to eliminate 302/301 redirect and SEO

Hello everyone! Anyone out there who is pretty fluent in English to have a conversation with about SEO and a 302 redirect problem?

 

I had a top ranking site on google, until a programmer redid my site and didn't keep all of the old links in mind. I lost all of that juice and now I'm on page three. I don't know what links are out there that link to me with www. and what sites link to me without the www., as there is a 302 redirect in place as well. I'm rebuilding the site now with the old link structure, and I want to get rid of any redirect. I don't know how this will affect my presence on google because I'm indexed without the www.

 

So my main question is, how do I get rid of the redirect altogether and keep google happy? I know I can change it in the backend of presta. I also know that I can tell google which version I prefer using google's webmaster tools. I just don't know the possible negative ramifications of this action!
