mhafizuddin
Hi guys. I've encountered another error here. I was trying to upload images to my lightweight slideshow module. I could never get it to work. it shows error like this. this is the error popup if I disable friendly URL If i'm enable friendly URL, the error is like this. I thought it might be the folder permission, so I changed the permission for 'simpleslideshow' under module, to 777. Still the same error. site: www.babyowlie.com Anybody have any idea? Thanks in advance for the help!!!! Peace
mhafizuddin
Just recently I discovered that other modules that came together with the theme, that involved image uploading will have this problem. this problem however does not affect product image uploading.. hmmmm
selectshop.at
Please check on FTP if the folder and all sub-folders of /modules have enough write permissions. At least chmod 0755.
mhafizuddin
I checked. Seems like all the folders seems to be either 0777 or 0755.
tuk66
It looks like a problem in the module, not permissions, because of the fatal error.
selectshop.at
Yes, than it is, as tuk66 told, a problem of your module (incompatibility with the Prestashop version in use or the theme leads into the same error: access denied).
mhafizuddin
so does this means this module can't be use?
selectshop.at
If does not work, yes it means. But you can try to ask the developer for debug, if it is a paid module.
