The first step is to talk to your host and verify that mails are actually not being sent. Are you using an email address for your shop that is on your domain or is it an email like hotmail, gmail, ect?

 

I use webmail for prestashop.

 

email I sent through prestashop on the customer back again on our email. but not to the customer.

The emails are being sent. They are being rejected at the other servers. That email is a rejection notice, it states why it is being rejected too http://screencast.com/t/RKjtXtpyD Your domain is on a spam list. If you go to the address in the email it will tell you how to delist your address.

 

thanks for info, and I was waiting for confirmation from the web host.
 
is there any other way to resolve the rejected email? or I have to wait from the web host.

It is not your webhosts issue to handle more than likely they will not do anything. Go to the address I highlighted in the screenshot and follow the instructions.

 

Oke thanks Dh42. I will follow the instructions and after that it will wait until there blacklist again. I also sent an email to spamrl.

 

and I'll post the info back in again later.
