The vouchers strike back

Hello,

 

I have prestashop 1.5.5 installed, i am using a child theme from the default theme with some css modification (colors mostly) and bug fixes added on some TPL files.

 

The voucher box does show up on Firefox, in the cart. However, inputing a voucher code does not do anything, it reloads, clears the box, does not change the price.

I have currently 5 active vouchers (cart rule codes).

 

On Chrome, the box just does not show up in the cart.

 

I checked other threads, in this regard, my shopping-cart.tpl looks OK.

it has :

<p class="submit"><input type="hidden" name="submitDiscount" /><input type="submit" name="submitAddDiscount" value="{l s='OK'}" class="button" /></p>

on the correct location. I tried to tweak it regarding some advice found here and there, nothing worked so i reverted back to this.

 

I checked my database:

i don't have any PS_CART_RULE_FEATURE_ACTIVE showing in my pss_configuration table. Maybe it's another field used with 1.5.5

There is a PS_GROUP_FEATURE_ACTIVE set to 1, my guess is that it is related to group rules. And nothing is looking to be related with CART_RULE.

 

I do see my 5 vouchers in my pss_cart_rule table.

 

Still, the box is showing on Firefox (not working but still), not on chrome

That's pretty weird.

 

Does anyone have any clue on this issue ?
