Internal Server Erroe/ 502 Nginx

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the prestashop

I use the module TOTAL IMPORT PRO to import csv my website.

 

Recently I changed hosting but gives me some problems.

When I try to import a file have error 502 nginx after 3-4 minutes.

I checked the logs from plesk panels adn this is the errors

I set the parameters from PHP very high memory_limit to 512Mb, execution_time in 1800s

Doing various tests I noticed that enabling the option panel Performance prestashop "Disable modules not native prestashop" does not give me the error and imports is very fast.

I also compared the modules enabled and disabled before / after activating that option and are the same ... I do not understand the exact function of that option.

The only problem I have is that option enabling a cache problem in this site. After an import or any upgrade  the homepage do not appear correctly (seem disable 2 modules) and some screens in the back office are not displayed correctly. If i empty cache and everything perfect.

I try with the site debug_mode and disabling all cache options but nothing change

Any idea?
