Penge
Hello I have done a clean Prestashop installation (latest version) and are using the default template. However when I try to change the default shop logo by uploading my own under the menu THEMES, I get a blank screen and it stops there. I enabled debug mode to see the error message and this is what I got: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Access to undeclared static property: Validate::$values in /home/60/w265020/www/classes/controller/AdminController.php:1383 Stack trace: #0 /home/60/w265020/www/controllers/admin/AdminThemesController.php(649): AdminControllerCore->processUpdateOptions() #1 /home/60/w265020/www/classes/controller/AdminController.php(897): AdminThemesControllerCore->processUpdateOptions() #2 /home/60/w265020/www/controllers/admin/AdminThemesController.php(2596): AdminControllerCore->postProcess() #3 /home/60/w265020/www/classes/controller/Controller.php(178): AdminThemesControllerCore->postProcess() #4 /home/60/w265020/www/classes/Dispatcher.php(367): ControllerCore->run() #5 /home/60/w265020/www/admin878r5iu0s/index.php(58): DispatcherCore->dispatch() #6 {main} thrown in /home/60/w265020/www/classes/controller/AdminController.php on line 1383 Can someone help me out with this please ?? Penge
I just replaced the logo.jpg on the web server with my new logo via ftp. Just a simple workaround. Petter
shannoncode
I got this error after I used the Prestashop Cleaner module to remove demo data from the database. I was using Prestashop version 1.6.1.3. I deleted the entire installation and re-installed the newer version 1.6.1.4. Ran the Cleaner module again and this time I had no issue with uploading a new logo. (It was actually a problem with the entire Preferences section in the Admin view). So my recommendation is to upgrade to 1.6.1.4 to fix this issue.
jackob
I dont want to open old thread but I had same problem after moving whole store to new web hosting. (prestashop v. 1.5.x)Problem was in php version 7.1. After change to 5.3 it's working fine.
