Thumbnail category image not shown

Hi, we've tried to add a category image for Halloween for the "Menu thumbnails"

but we can't see it anywhere

it's small so we think it's not a dimension problem

where it should be displayed ?

where is the problem ?

 

PS we have 1.6.0.11 PS version
