Strange Category Behaviour - Client access our user account when they click

We have created a category called "Member Sample" and we selected access to "customers". We unselect Guests and Visitors.

 

We do not created a sumbenu category on the menu, since we do not want to make it public for all clients, only the ones who request, or the ones who some sales had promote free samples, they login and the sales give them the link for samples.

 

So to share this category with samples, we just send them the accessible link.

 

Our client send us screenshot, when they click on that category link, they are logged in with our demo user. Not client user name.

We request them to log off and log in with their account, and copy the link on a new tab. Also automatically this category log in with our demo user again.

They delete the cookies and try different browsers, but keep showing that.

 

Does somebody know how to avoid this? Is so strange.
